How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, and renew automatically at the end of each period so your access never lapses. You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods. Because you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals, you're only ever charged for access you chose to keep. See our Terms for the full policy.
Is there a free trial?
Not right now. The free Apprentice plan lets you explore the platform and the Academy foundations at no cost, so you can see how we work before paying for anything.
What are the invite-only indicators?
Our proprietary tools (Structure PA and Momentum Shift PA, with more in development) run on TradingView and are granted to your TradingView username after you subscribe. They're for education and analysis, not signals or advice.
Can I change plans?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
