How this calendar works

Dates and times come from the agencies and central banks themselves. An actual value is shown only when it is read from the agency's own release at release time. There is no forecast column: no official source publishes a consensus, and we do not copy one from a vendor.

Impact is the PriceIsAll editorial tier, set per indicator with a written reason. High: the inflation measure a central bank targets, the headline labour report, the headline measure of output, the first broad read of spending or business conditions in a month, and every policy rate decision. Medium: a second read on the same subjects. Low: one sector, or figures mostly known before the release. It is our judgement, not a measurement.

Better or worse for the currency is the usual market reading of a higher or lower print than the previous one, not a forecast of what the currency will do.

Method version 2026-10-11.
